Dr. Matthew Smith has decided to resign from the Iroquois Falls Family Health Team (IFFHT).   For all patients who have enrolled with Dr. Smith, you will continue to receive care from the IFFHT.  A health care provider will be assigned to you.  Patients can continue to book appointments with the IFFHT to see their health care provider. The IFFHT wishes to reassure the community that our IFFHT physicians are continuing to work hard to provide medical care to the community and are doing everything possible to maximize their time commitment to our patients during this transition.
